I currently am in-network with Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire NY, United Health, Optum, Carelon and Aetna (for eligible plans)
Coverage varies by individual plan.
Prior to your first session, benefits will be verified to determine eligibility, copay, deductible, and any out-of-pocket responsibility.
Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by their insurance plan
I realize insurance is complex and often difficult to navigate. I am dedicated in supporting my clients with getting clarity in understanding what their insurance benefits cover and what co-pays and deductibles may exist, to the best of my ability.
I also accept Private Pay as out-of-network well.
For clients who have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is dependent on if your specific plan has out of network benefits.
I HIGHLY encourage each person to call their insurance provider and seek clarification on coverage. I will assist any way possible.
If you have any questions about your specific plan, coverage, or reimbursement options, please feel free to reach out.

Current private pay pricing model includes:
Intake/60 Minutes: $175
Individual Session/60 Minutes: $150
Individual Session/45 Minutes: $125
Individual Session/30Minutes: $100
I do reserve a few spots that I can offer a sliding scale fee in an attempt to keep therapy affordable for those in need.
Please reach out if you have additional questions.

This is a very valid question, and one I hold with a lot of care. Access to mental health support matters deeply to me. Unfortunately, Medicaid and Medicare can be difficult for small, independent private practices to participate in due to extensive administrative requirements, limited flexibility in care, and reimbursement structures that often make it challenging to sustain a solo practice while offering thoughtful, individualized treatment.
This is a systems-level issue—not a reflection of the value or deservingness of clients who rely on these programs. In order to remain present, intentional, and able to provide high-quality care without rushing or restricting sessions, I currently focus on working with select private insurance plans and self-pay clients.
If Medicaid or Medicare coverage is essential for you, I’m always happy to help guide you toward alternative resources or referrals so you can find support that feels accessible and supportive.

Paying privately for therapy can offer greater flexibility and autonomy in your care. Without insurance restrictions, therapy can be more personalized—allowing us to focus fully on what feels most meaningful to you rather than what must fit within specific coverage guidelines.
Private pay can also allow for more flexibility in session length, frequency, and the pace of therapy, as well as increased privacy around your treatment. Many clients appreciate having space to explore growth, healing, and self-understanding in a way that feels intentional and self-directed.
That said, there is no “right” way to access therapy. Whether you choose insurance or self-pay, the most important thing is finding support that feels safe, accessible, and aligned with your needs.

I offer individual therapy for individuals in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey through secure telehealth sessions
Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, disconnected, or at a crossroads in life. Together, we work with anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, stress, and life transitions with the intention of supporting healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy—while honoring each client’s lived experience, values, and personal goals.

Beginning therapy is a courageous step. You can start by reaching out through the contact form on this website, email, call, or even send me a text message to ask your initial questions or to request your first appointment.
This initial conversation is a chance for us to connect, discuss what’s bringing you here, and determine whether working together feels supportive and aligned. There is no pressure—only space to explore what you need right now.

Therapy begins with an intake session, which is a time for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping to gain from this experience. This session helps create a foundation of understanding, safety, and trust.
From there, we work together to create a thoughtful, individualized plan that reflects your needs, values, and intentions for healing and growth. Therapy is collaborative and flexible—it evolves as you do.
Therapy is not meant to be forever. Some clients come for short-term support during a specific life transition, while others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns and healing. Session length and frequency are based on your needs, preferences, and clinical considerations, and we revisit these regularly to ensure therapy continues to feel supportive and aligned.
